Beach Bag Essentials

Hello beautiful people! Hope you’re doing fantastic as always!

So tomorrow I’m going to attend a beach clean up and I thought I would share what I pack in my bag to go to the beach! By the way, I really don’t have a nice beach tote! Currently browsing around for one! I usually take an old Victoria secret bag or an inexpensive tote so I won’t be showing an actually bag, only what would be inside of it!

Let’s get started shall we?!

Taking care of your skin when your out in the sun is a super important thing! UVB/UVA Rays are very damaging to the skin and can cause a lot of problems! So most importantly I pack sunscreen! I use Banana Boats Ultra Defense Sheer Protect Sunscreen Lotion it protects you from UVA/UVB rays, it is SPF 50 as well as broad spectrum! Broad spectrum is super important to look for when choosing a sunscreen guys! Make sure yours has broad spectrum protection!

Next, is my ANew Clinical Skinvincible Multi Shield Lotion by Avon this is a face cream I use that has SPF 50 (sunscreen) as well as broad spectrum (woohoo). I use this stuff everyday, alone, or under my make up. LOVE THIS STUFF. It is a little pricey, but it lasts a very very long time! I feel it’s worth the price!

Then, I have my Not Your Mothers Beach Babe Texturizing Sea Salt Spray. I like to spray this in my hair after I get out of the water and after the beach. It gives you beachy waves and lots of texture and volume!

Then, of course I have deodorant! (Don’t wanna be stinky!) I use Dove Advanced Care deodorant.

And of course a hair tie!

So whenever I go to the beach I put minimal makeup. I have blemishes and redness so I admit I don’t go full commando when it comes to my face! I put maybellines Dream Pure BB 8-in-1 beauty balm in Medium sheer tint. This BB cream has 2% Salicylic acid which is an acne treatment. This is a very sheer BB cream so it only helps to even out your skin tone. It is not full coverage!

Then, I pack my Maybelline Mega Plush Volume Express waterproof mascara. Always get waterproof! We don’t want raccoon eyes!

And of course always have my Chapstick handy!!!

So once I’m out of the water and I hit the showers, I reapply my BB cream and mascara along with these guys!

I apply my wet n’ wild bronzer in ticket to Brazil 739, to give myself a tanned face! I take a small fluffy brush to apply this as well as my Mary Lou Manizer Luminizer by The Balm Cosmetics. I add very little to my check bones to give myself a nice glow!

Next is my swimsuit. This one is from Target. They have great swimsuits! I looooove target!

I also always take an extra pair of clothes. This top is from forever 21, and the shorts are from JCPenny

I also always keep my Wet Bikini bag from Claire’s. This thing is a lot cuter than a plastic bag! Lol.

OMG I love this thing. This is my Dry Pak from Academy. It cost me only $10. It is a waterproof bag for your phone and any other item you wanna stick in there. It has a tie to wear around your neck or a clip you can clip anywhere. It also floats! I also use this when I go fishing. It’s AWESOME.  It’s better then sticking your phone in a sandwich bag! Plus a lot safer for your device!

We can’t forget some cute sunglasses! This are from Honey Couture, my online boutique! These will be available in May when we release our summer collection! If you wanna check out Honey Couture go to

Last but not least, H2O. You need to keep hydrated so always take water with you!!!

Hope you enjoyed this post! Give it a like!
